Biography

I am the most traditional definition of a relational scholar. I have two main areas of research. The first involves the study of friends with benefits relationships, exploring how their experiences compare to those of more traditional exclusive relationships. The second is the study of the social networks that surround a couple and the affect that they may have on a romantic relationship.

Research Interests

Studies the ways in which social networks affect romantic relationships as well as the nuances between different forms of close relationships.

relationships, friends with benefits, social networks, uncertainty, turbulence.
