Biography
George Bryant is an instructor as well as a tutor for the core communication classes in the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication: COM 100, 207, 225, 308, 407, and 408. If you would like to know his office hours or schedule an appointment please contact him.
Bryant was born and grew up in Northeastern Arizona. After graduating from Arizona State University, he pursued a master's degree in communication from Illinois State University with research focused on teaching and gender performance. While at Illinois State, he worked as a tutor for public speaking courses and was a Lincoln Douglas debate coach. He offers assistance with topic suggestions for speeches or papers; going back over assignments; APA-style issues; thinking through review of literature topics; and of course, helping understand theories and methodologies.
