Biography
Aaron is a second-year Ph.D. student with an interest in examining media representation in sports and popular culture from a critical/cultural perspective that utilizes rhetorical methods. He is also interested in theoretical and applied approaches to community engagement and advocacy, and he has previously worked on a student-led community engagement project during his time as a masters student at California State University, Fullerton. In addition, Aaron also has an extensive argumentation and debate background, having competed internationally as a collegiate debater for the University of La Verne.
