Minor requirements for Catalog Year 2007-2008 and later

The minor in Communication consists of 18 semester hours of courses. Nine of the 18 semester hours must be Tempe campus resident credits. No pass/fail, "Y" credit, or credit/no-credit courses are allowed.  Communication courses required for one's major may not also count for the minor. All prerequisite and GPA requirements must be met. The "C" (2.00) minimum requirement must be met for each class.

The minor in communication consists of 15 semester hours of courses, including COM 100 plus COM 22,5 or COM 259, and nine additional semester hours, at least six of which must be upper-division.  Nine of the total 15 semester hours must be ASU Tempe campus resident credits. No pass/fail, “Y” credit, or credit/no-credit courses will be allowed. Communication courses which are required for one’s major may not also count for the minor.  All prerequisite and GPA requirements must be met. The “C” (2.00) minimum requirement must be met for each class.
